Well, October is over. Today is Halloween.
I have gained and lost and gained to end up where I was on October 1. I’m currently 260 lbs. Still down from the 314 lbs that I was on January 1. Binge eating and indulgences have plagued this month. I solved it by upping my calorie limit to 1650. 1500 was too restrictive and led to desperate eating.
I have been taking peer support training classes and my last one is on Tuesday, then there’s an internship. I’ve learned a lot about listening and sharing. I’m excited to put what I’ve learned into practice. Hopefully I can get an internship in Hamilton.
My goal for November is to lose 5-7lbs by working out hard and sticking to my calorie limit and saying NO to binge eating and excessive indulgences. At my weight, this can be done otherwise I would aim lower. I’m going to keep myself accountable by blogging everyday.
So, you’re stuck with me. Sorry.
Also – I forgot – tonight I had dinner at Swiss Chalet with my parents and had the club wrap with a side of mixed veggies, maybe 2-3 fries from Mom’s plate. Then I walked Zazu and headed to book club. We discussed I am Legend by Richard Matheson. Poor review from my perspective. Couldn’t get over how ill thought out the concept was, but enjoyed the writing. Bianca brought candy. I got home after to find a bunch of left over candy from Halloween. I guess we didn’t get many trick or treaters.
